The preferred candidate is searching for an entry level Help Desk Support Technician. The IT Support Technician will carry out diverse technical support tasks to assist with the effective operation of student and faculty devices.

Responsibilities
Availability in the morning to assist with student and faculty devices.
Maintain enrollment and inventory of student, faculty, and staff devices
Troubleshoot connectivity and login issues in a variety of systems
Follow established procedures for system maintenance
Assist faculty with new and innovative technology use in the classroom

Qualifications & Additional Requirements
High School Diploma or Associates Degree
Aptitude with iPad, Mac, and Chromebooks
Willingness to learn computer administration principles
